These referral arrangements do not affect the rental rates, legal service rates, or utility rates available to you.
Do we collect any information from third parties? We may collect information from public databases, marketing partners, social media platforms, and other outside sources.
Do you use automated or AI systems in your communications? Yes. Some of our calls, text messages, and emails may be generated or assisted by automated or AI systems. These tools help us respond to your apartment inquiry, provide follow-ups, deliver apartment information, and share prepaid legal service information. While we strive for accuracy, such responses may not always reflect the most current apartment availability, pricing, community policies, or prepaid legal service plan details. You should verify critical details directly with apartment communities or prepaid legal service providers before making final decisions.
How do we process your information? We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services and register you with apartment communities, communicate with you, refer you to prepaid legal service providers, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We process your information when we have reason to do so.
In what situations and with which parties do we share personal information? If you choose to provide such information in connection with your apartment inquiry or legal service referral, we will only use it as necessary to assist with your request and will not disclose it except as required by law or to apartment communities, prepaid legal service providers, and service providers during the application and move-in process.
Information automatically collected
In Short: Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services.
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

Use of AI / Automated Communications
We may use automated or AI-assisted systems to generate or assist with calls, text messages, and emails as part of our communications with you. This includes initial follow-ups, delivery of apartment suggestions, prepaid legal service information, form responses, and ongoing support related to your apartment inquiry or legal service referral. These AI-assisted communications help us provide timely responses and personalized apartment recommendations and service referrals based on your preferences and needs.
Data for AI / Knowledge Base Use
The personal information you provide may be used to improve our AI-assisted tools, including our response handling, apartment matching algorithms, legal service referral processes, suggestions, and follow-ups. We handle such information securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Your data helps us better understand housing preferences and service needs and improve our service delivery.
2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services and register you with apartment communities, refer you to prepaid legal service providers, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent.
We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:
- To facilitate account creation and authentication and otherwise manage user accounts. We may process your information so you can create and log in to your account, as well as keep your account in working order.
- To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user. We may process your information to provide you with the requested service, including sharing your information with apartment communities and prepaid legal service providers to help find suitable housing options and legal services for you.
- To proactively share your information with apartment communities. We may share your contact information and housing preferences with apartment communities that match your criteria, even if you have not specifically expressed interest in those particular properties. This allows us to provide you with more housing options and potentially expedite your apartment search.
- To refer you to prepaid legal service providers. We may share your contact information with prepaid legal service providers to facilitate your access to legal services. We may receive compensation from these providers when you enroll in their services through our referral.
- To respond to user inquiries/offer support to users. We may process your information to respond to your inquiries and solve any potential issues you might have with the requested service.

3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
In Short: We do not sell your data. We share information with apartment communities, prepaid legal service providers, and utility partners to help you find housing and access services.
We may need to share your personal information in the following situations:
- Apartment Communities: We share your personal information with apartment communities, including those you express interest in and those we proactively identify as potential matches for your housing needs. This sharing may occur immediately upon receipt of your information to expedite your apartment search and provide you with timely housing options. This may include your contact information, rental history, credit and background information, income verification, and other information necessary for the rental application process. We may receive compensation (referral fees or commissions) from apartment communities when you successfully rent through our service. This compensation does not affect your rental rates or application. By using our Services, you authorize us to share your information with apartment communities to facilitate your apartment search.
- Prepaid Legal Service Providers: We may share your contact information with prepaid legal service providers to facilitate your access to legal services. We may receive compensation (referral fees or commissions) from prepaid legal service providers when you enroll in a plan through our referral. This compensation does not affect the rates or services available to you. We do not guarantee any outcomes, results, or quality of services provided by prepaid legal service providers. All legal service terms, coverage, and outcomes are determined solely by those providers.
- Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers that help us deliver our services, including SMS communication platforms, apartment data providers, customer relationship management tools, credit reporting agencies, background check services, and AI/automated communication platforms.
- Utility Concierge and Business Partners: When you authorize or give us permission, we may share your contact information with our utility concierge partners (such as internet, electricity, water, and other utility providers) to facilitate your utility setup and connection services. We may also share your information with other business partners that provide services related to your apartment search and move, including moving companies, renters insurance providers, furniture rental services, and other relocation-related service providers. We may receive compensation from these partners when you sign up for their services through our referral, though this compensation does not affect the rates or services available to you. You have the right to opt out of these partner referrals at any time.
- Credit and Background Check Services: With your authorization, we share your information with third-party screening services to process credit and background checks as part of the rental application process.
- When we use Google Maps Platform APIs: We may share your information with certain Google Maps Platform APIs (e.g., Google Maps API, Places API). We obtain and store on your device (“cache”) your location. You may revoke your consent anytime by contacting us at the contact details provided at the end of this document.
- Business Transfers: If we are acquired by or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owner. See Section 6 for more details.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information where we are legally required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process, such as in response to a court order or a subpoena (including in response to public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements).
Important Note on Data Sharing: By using our Services, you understand and agree that we may proactively share your information with apartment communities, prepaid legal service providers, and authorized business partners to provide you with comprehensive apartment locating, legal service referrals, and relocation services. This consent is given when you submit your information through our website, forms, or any communication with us. If you do not wish for your information to be shared in this manner, please do not use our Services or contact us immediately to discuss limitations on data sharing. Continued use of our Services after reading this policy constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Accuracy of AI Responses: Some of our communications may be generated or assisted by AI systems designed to provide information and support. While we strive for accuracy, these responses may not always reflect the most current apartment availability, pricing, community policies, or prepaid legal service plan details. Please verify any critical details directly with apartment communities or prepaid legal service providers before making final decisions. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated communications, and you should always confirm information independently before signing any lease, enrolling in any prepaid legal service plan, or making financial commitments.
4. WHAT IS OUR STANCE ON THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES?
In Short: We are not responsible for the safety of any information that you share with third parties that we may link to or who advertise on our Services, but are not affiliated with, our Services.
The Services may link to third-party websites, online services, or mobile applications and/or contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with us and which may link to other websites, services, or applications. Accordingly, we do not make any guarantee regarding any such third parties, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the use of such third-party websites, services, or applications. The inclusion of a link towards a third-party website, service, or application does not imply an endorsement by us. We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data you provide to any third parties. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this privacy notice. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other websites, services, or applications that may be linked to or from the Services. 5. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?
In Short: We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store your information.
We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to gather information when you interact with our Services. Some online tracking technologies help us maintain the security of our Services and your account, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences, and assist with basic site functions.
We also permit third parties and service providers to use online tracking technologies on our Services for analytics and advertising, including to help manage and display advertisements, to tailor advertisements to your interests, or to send abandoned search reminders (depending on your communication preferences). 6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We retain your information indefinitely unless you request deletion.
We will keep your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice, and indefinitely thereafter for recordkeeping, legal compliance, and to provide you with ongoing service if you return to us in the future. If you would like us to delete your information, please contact us using the details provided below and we will process your request in accordance with applicable law.
Communication Records Retention: We retain records of SMS messages, emails, call logs, and other communications (including AI-generated communications) indefinitely to comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, and demonstrate proof of consent.
Business Transfers: In the event that we are acquired by or merged with another company, or if we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets, your personal information may be transferred or assigned to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. The new owner would continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy.
Important Limitation: While we can delete or update your personal information from our own systems, we cannot delete or retrieve information that has already been shared with third parties, including apartment communities, prepaid legal service providers, utility providers, and business partners. Once your information has been shared with these third parties, they maintain their own records according to their privacy policies and legal obligations. You must contact each third party directly to request deletion or modification of your information in their systems.
7. DATA BREACH NOTIFICATION
In Short: If a data breach occurs, we will notify affected users and authorities as required by law.
In the event of a security breach that compromises your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law. Texas law requires us to notify the Texas Attorney General within 30 days if a breach affects 250 or more Texas residents. We will also notify affected individuals without unreasonable delay.
8. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
9. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. 10. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time, depending on your country, province, or state of residence.
Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the section “HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?” below.
However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent. Additionally, withdrawing consent does not require us to request the return or deletion of your information from third parties (including apartment communities, prepaid legal service providers, and business partners) with whom we have already shared your data. You must contact those third parties directly to request removal of your information from their systems.
Opting out of marketing and promotional communications: You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send, replying “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to the SMS messages that we send, or by contacting us using the details provided in the section “HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?” below. You will then be removed from the marketing lists. However, we may still communicate with you — for example, to send you service-related messages that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes.
Opting out of business partner referrals: If you wish to opt out of having your information shared with our prepaid legal service providers, utility concierge partners, or other business partners for relocation-related services, you must contact each service provider directly to opt out of their communications and services. We do not process opt-out requests on behalf of third-party service providers. Each service provider maintains their own privacy policy and opt-out procedures. Please note that choosing not to engage with partner services may limit the comprehensive relocation assistance we can provide, but will not affect our core apartment locating services.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.
Cookies and similar technologies: Most Web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove cookies and to reject cookies. If you choose to remove cookies or reject cookies, this could affect certain features or services of our Services. You may also opt out of interest-based advertising by advertisers on our Services.

11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

California’s “Shine The Light” law permits California residents to request information about any disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
Texas Residents
As a small business under the U.S. Small Business Administration’s definition, we are generally exempt from the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA). 14. PREPAID LEGAL SERVICE REFERRALS
As part of our Services, we may refer you to prepaid legal service providers. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice
- Prepaid legal service providers are independent third parties
- We have no control over legal service outcomes, coverage, or quality
- We may receive compensation when you enroll in a prepaid legal service plan through our referral
- This compensation does not affect the rates or services available to you
- All legal service terms, coverage, and outcomes are determined solely by the prepaid legal service provider
- You should review all plan terms and conditions directly with the provider before enrolling
- We are not responsible for any disputes, outcomes, or issues arising from your use of prepaid legal services
15. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS
Service Limitations: Our apartment locating and referral services are provided “as is” and we make no guarantees regarding apartment availability, pricing, approval, lease terms, or legal service outcomes. All rental decisions are made solely by apartment communities and landlords. All legal service outcomes are determined solely by prepaid legal service providers. We are not responsible for application denials, changes in pricing or availability, lease terms, legal outcomes, or any disputes between you and apartment communities or prepaid legal service providers.
Third-Party Services: When we refer you to apartment communities, prepaid legal service providers, utility providers, or other business partners, you acknowledge that these are independent third parties. We are not responsible for their services, policies, pricing, actions, outcomes, or any disputes that may arise. Each service provider operates independently and you agree to review and accept their terms and conditions separately. We do not guarantee any outcomes, results, or quality of services provided by prepaid legal service providers.
