What Happens After You Reach Out
We’ll review your screening profile and identify apartment communities in your area that have documented approval criteria matching your situation. Eviction type, age of the case, debt status, credit, income. All of that factors into which communities are realistic options.
Roughly 95% of the renters we work with need a third-party guarantee to get approved. When that’s the case, we’ll explain how the process works and what it costs before you commit to anything.
There’s no fee for the service. You don’t pay us. Communities pay a referral fee from their existing marketing budget after a successful move-in.
